Just awful, getting my bond back for the dilapidated slum I was renting was a nightmare even though this company had just taken taken over the lease and had no idea what the property was like when I took possession apart from the maintenance requests for a leaking roof etc. Even the receptionist was rude and condescending, took weeks to finalise and was in general an unpleasant experience. Got my FULL bond back eventually though(about 3 weeks)

Not too bad, staff are polite. Office is clean and tidy, quite modern looking. So far, so good.

Great people to deal with we rented a house through these guys and they were excellent. Can highly recommend them.
