The friendly staff went out of their way to search the store for an item i needed and reach it down for me without a problem. After forgetting my pin number at the checkout they cancelled my transaction and let me try twice more before changing card i used to enable me a quick and painless transaction. Leaving the store i was also asked if i would like help with my purchases to the car. Not many places still have this kind of caring service because they don't have the time. This store has great ambience and makes one want to come back again.

Some extremely rude workers, especially at the counter 7/7/22About time the covid entry was taken down...untidy and boxes stacked up in already thin isles, the original workers are nice and respectful but the new ones are letting this place down with the bad customer service

Just got told off for walking in and straight to the counter to buy cigarettes, I was told next time I had to walk in and around the store to the left side of their barrier to the counter haha Covid Rules like omg everything is back to normal get a grip people , I won't bother giving them my money anymore

Newnham iga likes to extort money from people that shop there. Likes to accuse people of stealing( they didnt)...makes them pay for items they said they stole (they didnt) and then tells them not to come back for a while..... I have been shopping here since I was a kid not anymore. You can stick your shop where the sun dont shine...taking this further. #newnhamiga #yousuck when trying to deal with this matter I was met with arrogance and hostility. Very unprofessional. Asked to see footage of said incident and was refused.
