I am very pleased with NDC. They always listen when I bring my cars in. They don’t try and confuse me. They speak to me as if I am a friend. I would recommend them to anyone. They do a great job. I have booked my ASX in for a log book service with no loss of warranty. Much prefer the personal touch at NDC.

Have used NDC multiple times over the past 3-4 years and it has always been a friendly and pleasant experience. Nathan and the team are both knowledgeable and passionate about what they do.A work colleague recently needed a new clutch in his Subaru Forester and i recommended NDC who promptly booked the car in and had the car back on the road only a few days after the initial call was made.

3rd time i have had a car tuned by Nathan and again it has come back to me safe and better than before, always asks what you are looking for an accommodates this. Passes on information regarding the car and his time with it for development in the future.Always easy leaving my car with him, will happily continue to use and recommend him.

Customer service from the team at Newcastle Dyno Centre has been excellent! Very professional and very open advice!Initially was only there to get a power run and eventually came back to have one car get an aftermarket ecu and fuel system install with a dyno tune and the other have its major 100k belts changed over.Happy to have the parts supplied to them and it is much appreciated to get feedback regarding the quality or lack of with the parts supplied. If you have a budget to work within, they make it happen to the best of their ability with an outcome that suits all.I have been one of those customers that has a tight budget that also supplies parts that don't always fit. They always communicate well and keep me informed of the problems.Highly recommend their services! Will not be going anywhere else around the Hunter Valley.

My family have used Newcastle Dyno Centre for decades. The service has been consistently high and Nathan is a mechanic you can trust to look after your vehicle. He explains things clearly and concisely, he wont waste your money on unnecessary items.Newcastle Dyno Centre charge the same and/or more often than not less for the same job as at your dealership but with personal service that comes with dealing with an owner operator.
