Jay was great support when starting my new job. I was only a job seeker for a short time but was very happy with Jay's support.I recently finished the 52 weeks of PPS with Deb and she was amazing throughout the whole year.Great support and always did her best to help me with anything I needed during that time.I also need to add that whenever Deb or Jay were on annual leave, I had Sara as my consultant.Although she was only filling in for Deb and Jay, she always went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, made me feel supported and she genuinely cared about any issues I had.

I moved to this area almost a year ago and while I continue to hold down a job which I found for myself I get asked if I am capable to do the simplest of tasks from staff, the treatment I have received is on the cusp of bullying from this business, I believe the staff of watchworks Melton are the ones that are obviously not capable in this situation (I am sure not all staff, but I am yet to meet someone friendly that cares at all about the person sitting in front of them) My first appointment I had Chloe-Ann Thompson Cooke, She seemed to care the first day and then I was told she left to be a stay at home mum...she came back before shortly leaving for good. Second I had Stacey Treslove, she was incredibly hard to talk to, she make you feel attacked just trying to answer the silly questions, literally saw her once and my next appointment I was told she had left the business. THIRD I now have a new consultant, I have had to see someone new every time.I have never once been told of any jobs, they have never mentioned any job vacancies in the almost 12 months I have been connected with them.Funnily enough the only job ever mentioned to me was Chloe telling me that she put 3 people forward for a job (not including myself) and I had already applied for the job myself, on my time and had received the job, she was frustrated that someone she put up for the job didn't get it and I had. Why wasn't I told about the job if she knew of it?If they don't help with finding jobs then what is the point of a job agency??It's like all they are trained to do is change the font on the resume you already made yourself.

I agree with Kimbery 100%, my son see's Jay at MatchWorks Melton, he is always very pleasant with plenty of praise, he is easy to get along with & dont only listens he hears what you say unlike most job centres,i would like to take the opportunity to thank you Jay for helping my boy believe in himself again 10/10

Sara has been so helpful in my journey in looking for a job and I’m greatful fit all she has done for me from good vouchers and reimbursing me for items I need for work has been a lovely experience
