Incorrectly measured our windows, so when the installation day arrived, the blinds we ordered did not fit. This caused a 2 month delay to us getting our blinds. The business never called to update me on the process, i had to do ALL the chasing, and then only offered a minimal discount for their errors. Good products but would not use again.

I had Aluminium External Shutters Installed on a Deck and the result was Excellent, the Product used was well made and the Powder Coated Colour , Dune" blends in well with the rest of the house walls. The Installation Staff were on the ball and succeeded in doing a Creditable Job. The time frame was challenging with COVID-19 problems and supply issues but we are all stuck with those issues."

The service was quick, friendly and very professional. I replaced an old canvas awing with a Vistaweave fabric awing and I am very happy with quality and appearance. I will return to have other outside awings replaced once the 'kids inheritance fund' is replenished. :))June 2023. Had balance of my awings installed today. Am very happy again with the professionalism and the product. This business was extremely understanding when I had to change installation date due to another company messing me about by taking their time in fixing faults within their job.

We had plantation shutters, sheers and zip track blinds installed and were extremely happy with the products and the service. Would highly recommend these guys. Have just had 1 x fixed Carbolite awning and 2 x roll up awnings installed by Emporium Blinds and Screens. From quote to installation the entire process was handled professionally and very courteously. All interactions were excellent with all involved from Stephen, Dave ( quote and installation) and Danielle in the office. On time and done well . Highly recommended to anyone seeking a professional ,well-priced product and service.
