The team at JA Appliances were able to repair my Breville Oracle making the machine perform like new again. My machine had a leak and the buttons were noisy requiring the solenoid to be replaced. A quick turnaround with the machine ready the following day and reasonably priced. A fantastic experience and highly recommended.

Best service ever, such a lovely helpful friendly man, he fixed my Oral B toothbrush within the same week, I sent it to Melbourne on Monday afternoon and had it back in Sydney by Friday morning. 10 stars!!!

I ordered a spare part for my Braun Epil 9. Within 2 hours it had been shipped and in under 48 hours it was delivered! The part was well packed and my epilator is like new to use! I also phoned them prior to ordering and the serviceman was helpful and patient.Really happy with the service and product from JA Appliances; thank you!

I can't tell you how easy, quick and positive my experience was - but I'll try! Got my kitchenaid mixer fixed here under warranty and was bracing myself to wait a few weeks. The day after I dropped it off it was ready to pick up (power connection problem). COVID safe, extremely friendly customer service and I'll definitely be back if I need anything else repaired.

Warranty return process was extremely fast for Oral B toothbrush. I spoke to Joe on the phone and he told me what to do. My replacement toothbrush was back to me in about a week.My only criticism would be a lack of communication that my goods arrived, were being attended to or being replaced and returned. A call or email would have given this review 5 stars.

Repaired and Serviced my Breville Barista. Very happy. Like a a new machine. Great coffee this morning. Would recommend and will use them to service it again next year.
