This is not the first time I have used Charlotte's services and I am pleased with the results. I understand that she has extensive experience, understands how and in what sequence to carry out the procedures. There are no barriers, Charlotte understands and does as she pleases. I go with a light heart and I know that I will get the desired tresult. The clinic is spacious, clean, bright, comfortable.

Charlotte recommended the Fotona 4D laser treatment to me for my face and neck and has been treating me for 3 years now. She provides a very professional service and has an extensive knowledge regarding skin care and science, explaining each step she takes. I can't recommend her enough! She has also treated my daughter for laser hair reduction.

I started seeing Charlotte in March this year and she has been incredible to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable with a deep understanding of the medical background to skin health. Not only does she do wonderful work she is so lovely to talk to during treatment. She assisted in removing several skin tags/moles (after doing a skin check on them). Before, during recovery and after shots included. I am extremely happy with the results. I have also received LED/Micro/Peel treatments, and skin needling which have been very effective. She recommends beautiful skin care to use as well.

I have had skin tags and lesion removed through procedure called diathermy and it worked. The pain is minimal, result is amazing. I have had cryotherapy on skin tags and lesions ( sun warts) and it didn't work but this treatment worked. No need to come back as they are gone. Charlotte is knowledgeable, skillful and friendly. Very happy with the result. Highly recommend.
