Flowers From Lisa's

Have been purchasing flowers from Lisa’s for years and years now. They always have a beautiful selection available. They take care not to damage them and to put their best quality forward. The premade arrangements are always very beautiful. I usually prefer something custom made, however, and have never been let down. The florists are all very talented at building beautiful and well-balanced designs. Price wise, they are comparable to other florist around town, but the quality is definitely better. They’re customer service is always great too. Thanks!

Asked for flowers to be delivered in the morning didn't arrive till mid afternoon NOT GOOD service

Ordered a lovely bouquet of flowers directly online & they were delivered in under 2 hours. The flowers looked stunning & really brightened up my mums day. Highly recommend!

I ordered online from Singapore to send to Aussie Birtinya but I didn't know that is 900km far away from their shop. They emailed me to inform me that they will change the company for me. I am so glad that they did and the flowers sent was just as beautiful and delivered on time with no delay. I am impressed with their service and I have trust with them..Not sure what happen during their Val day session which gave them a number of bad reviews. For me it was excellent. Flowers ordered and not delivered. Said would make contact but never did. Flowers were ordered 7 days prior so wasn’t last minute. Not happy.

Have been ordering from here for years. Consistently wonderful service, great arrangements, and I appreciate that I can order bouquets without vases. They'll remain my go-to local florist.

In all the years I have used Lisa's Flowers I have found their service to be exemplary. Not once have I been disappointed in either their product or service...which is why I am a repeat customer. I can rely on my order being exactly as I request and the recipient being delighted with the delivery.Thanks guys...& keep up the great work!

Have made several orders and never had any issues. Latest purchase I was contacted at 2pm on the day I requested flowers be delivered to be told they did not go out that day (however they were going to try to deliver next day) and an additional $13 would be charged on top of the $12 delivery fee I had already paid for, as the order was going out of town (previous orders have not had this issue). Checked their website for this information when I was contacted and as of 8/12/18 there is still no information on the website advising orders going outside of town would incur an increased delivery charge. I understand extra travel needs to be accounted for but was disappointed in being told this on the afternoon of the day of delivery, and only option was to pay the additional fee or be refunded the $67.00 I had already paid.On previous orders flowers have always been good so can recommend the quality of the product just take caution when requiring delivery of your order.

This store has the most beautiful flowers arrangements I've ever seen they always seem to have just what I need. If you ever find yourself in need of flowers definetly the place to go as it's well priced too.
