Dora was my consultant, and she was amazingly knowledgeable, honest, no hard sell and gave me amazing results. Also knew not to small talk during treatment - something I very much appreciate - my friend who saw a different consultant was bothered by too much small talk. Overall definite 5 stars for me personally. Will be making this a regular place!

My experience here was just awful. I was refused treatment (a facial) due to living with cancer. It was humiliating, distressing and ruined my weekend.Im a regular indulger in spa facial and massage treatments and have never come across this level of ignorance, discrimination and lack of consideration for how this might affect me.Trying to shop locally, i booked an appointment to give my skin a little pampering, I completed the new client form, including my medication, got undressed and was ready to go. The clinician then came in and said while a hydradermabrasion facial might be too harsh for my skin, a regular nourishing facial would be fine. She then left again to check something with the manager and came back to tell me that they wouldn't give me a facial as massage is a contraindicator for cancer". This is COMPLETELY INCORRECT and in fact

Staff are very professional and make you feel welcomed. The setting for a facial is top class and professionally done. I had a facial with Dora and it was out of this world. Worth every penny and it's my new addiction.

I went in today for a XXX Brazilian and opted for ‘Sugaring’. I’ve never had sugaring done before but wow this was the BEST Brazilian I’ve ever had, so much more bearable than regular waxing and extremely effective. Vivienne was professional, friendly, thorough and incredibly talented with this form of hair removal.I can’t recommend this salon enough, fantastic! Will be back for sure.
