Rude and took no accountability for doing a poor job. Made it out to be like it wasn't their fault despite bringing in a brand new pair of shoes that I've never worn before.

I just got my shoe repaired here and the owner of the store is so so friendly!! Highly recommend, I went to Evans first and they said it was a $100 job whereas max's did it for $20 perfectly!10/10

Fixed a leather strap for my bag in 2 minutes for 5 bucks. EVANS wanted to charge me 65 dollars for the same job, and 25 extra if I wanted it done today.. for a single brass rivet and some hammering. Save your money and go to Max's instead. Great service.

The Watch Gallery recommended this place and they completely ruined my crocodile skin watch band. Don't take anything here that requires finesse and skill. Nice people I guess but the replacement cost $200
