This store actually make it a hassle to get a price match on items that are even cheaper from the manufacturers website. You’re not going get any smiling customer service staff when requesting a price match at this store - so watch out and be ready for an argument that you shouldn’t have to have.

It’s a big, nicely laid out store but the staff were really unhelpful and inflexible when I needed a rush printing job done which was small (50 double sided colour copies on cardstock) and I had thought would be suitable for self service but turned out actually required them to print due to paper thickness. There was not a hint of empathy, thoughtfulness or thinking outside the box to help me solve my problem and I was holding a crying baby and had lost my keys. Really disappointed in the quality of the staff.

I came in this afternoon. Needed to print 4 pages. Abbie was so obliging and helpful. I later returned to reprint for updates.Was told that would need a 48 hour notice!! I said, any chance of helping I need for tomorrow morning? No"

Not impressed. Went in to get a price match as advertised and two staff members spent 10 minutes trying everything they could to try and get out of it. If you advertise price match, honour it. Don't embarrass the customer to save a few dollars. Terrible customer service.
