Greencross Vets Alexandria

3 times ive needed my dog looked at and 3 times ive have to go another vet all other vets done there upmost to fit him in but these dont care just no apointment tough luck

Everyone who owns a pets knows how important our pets are in our family and they literally become part of the family.As a pet owners we always worry about our pets health and when they visit the vet.Greencross Alexanderia team did a phenomenal job looking after my pet. Especially my cat isn’t the easiest cat to handle.They professionally looked after him with care, patience and love.I highly recommend Greencross Alexanderia, especially the team that looked after my cat today.A huge thank you to Dr. Elaine, Nurse Luke, Nurse Rachael and Nurse Cathy for being very professional, genuine, helpful, caring and understanding.You will always be my go to vet and team even if i live an hour away.

I’ve always had good experience with Green Cross vets, and Alexandria is no exception, exceptmaybe they’re the best one yet. Tim’s service is utterly above and beyond as is everyone who I’ve dealt with. As a healthy pets plus member for both my feline children, I didn’t have to pay for a urine sample I collected and delivered for analysis. Kara is such an incredible vet, and I’m sure a welcome addition to the already awesome team of vets and nurses who I’d spoken to regarding how to collect, tome mine and who called me back numerous times to assist in something quite distressing. I really can’t recommend them highly enough.

Great service and was seen right on time for my appointment. Really great staff.

Boxing Day. The duty vet gave Tessi a careful examination, wrote a comprehensive assessment which fairly diagnosed her condition and accurately predicted her recovery over the next few days, and prescribed some tablets to aid that recovery along.

I have been meaning to post this review for a month now. Luke and the team at Greencross Alexandria were absolutely amazing. I had spoken to a few members of the team prior to our visit with my very human and dog reactive little pup and they went above and beyond to make sure my pup and I felt comfortable. They managed to get him in at a time that no one else would be around no dogs or people and they were absolutely amazing with my dog. They were so attentive and reassuring. They even let me cuddle him whilst he was being sedated. The team there are fear free certified which meant they were absolutely understanding of his fear and said he was an angel and a sweet boy. Going to the vets is always stressful for us and I was so glad I found the team at Alexandria. I gave this feedback to our vet behaviourist who was so impressed she’s also referring clients there. Thank you again and as much as I hope not to be back for a while I know I would feel so comfortable visiting again.

Amazing customer service. Luke has especially been extremely helpful and reassuring during our visits with my crazy puppy Luka. Everyone has always been kind and accommodating. I have ADHD so being disorganised and forgetful is one of my many hidden talents so to have a vet clinic that is so forgiving to running late or accidentally booking the wrong clinic has been amazing. I couldn’t ask for a better team so thank you to everyone for your hard work, kind hearts and support. From Hayley and Luka! And now little Aska!

Always a really lovely experience and you can tell the staff really love animals. My dog is always really well looked after - especially nurse Luke and Dr Tom!

Vets here have been really good so far. We have the healthy plus membership which also means we can go to any Greencross vets locally.
