Busy place but worth the wait for the food. Been here many years ago and this time we went again on Australia Day, no regrets the meals were fantastic. We had quite a fussy order wanting to add on different ingredients and remove certain ones. And at other restaurants you'd normally not get what you requested for so I am pleasantly surprised they did exactly how we asked for and it was just great! Guy at the counter taking orders was great, not sure if he's the boss or but his customer service was excellent. Thanks! Will definitely come back again!

Like stepping back in time, the diner is better suited to a rock and roll generation. The food is amazing and the ambience wonderful

If you want a cosy 60s vibe place where you will definitely enjoy the sumptuous food, yummy shakes (or a alcoholic bevi), Tamborine Diner MUST be on your go to" list. Staff are fabulous

Had dinner last night for our 15th Anniversary. We had sirloin steak and back ribs and we really enjoyed both. The serving is fantastic as well.

A very cool American diner set up! It makes you feel like your really eating in a 1950s diner with great music and atmosphere. They have the old car seat look as the sitting booths. The food is very good. The portions are large and you get your money's worth! They are one of few places that are open late on the mountains for dinner.

Cute little retro diner . Was the only place we could find to eat in that’s was open for dinner on a Tuesday night . Service was good and the decor was really cute. Food was a bit spicy for us especially as there was no mention of spicy on the menu . Still tasted great though . Portion sizes were slightly smaller than I expected for the price as this was the only place where we actually finished all our food as we usually have left overs . I would return although definitely try different food next time .
