Natural 5 Massage & Spa

Today I went to Natural5 massage with severe neck pain and limited range of shoulder movement. Kevin did an excellent massage which relieved me of my neck pain and increased my shoulder movement. I will recommend Kevin to all!

This is my go to place for foot reflexology. I have been treated by many different massage therapists here and they have all done a wonderful job. The pressure is perfect (I prefer firm) and the staff are always friendly.

I visited here today as I had shoulder and lower back pain. Kevin is really professional, he provided the right treatment to help release my tight muscles. I felt much more released after remedial massage. Very good and friendly environment. Really appreciated.

I received a 30 minute foot reflexology massage and it was 30 minutes of heaven! Just the right amount of pressure and so relaxing! The chairs are also very cosy. I forgot I was in a busy mall! Very friendly staff and accommodating.

Racist place!!! We are Indians, they made us pay before the service and for the rest of them after the service. Even though we were there first, they let others behind us get the service first and made us wait for a long time. They wanted to verify “if we can afford to pay” and once he confirmed that, he was tricking me to pay more and take an 60 mins service when I had clearly requested for 45 mins one. I had take my card back, walk out. Australia is home of immigrants, everyone has to be treated fair.

This masseuse called Morning (not sure if she gave us the right name), showed no professionalism to her work, she stopped serving her customer (while her customer is still paying) and jumped in front of me shouting at me saying I should pay and go without saying anything if I not satisfied with the servive I got since they are older on age and I need to show my respect????---‐-------‐-------------------------------------Thanks for your reply, I feel like I am obliged to update some details about my last visit to others who may viewed this review according to your reply. As a Google Local Guide I am always more than happy to give honest and positive feedbacks, this actually is the second time ever I gave negative feedbacks to a shop if you have a look you will know actually I have really high tolerance with different retail experience. I came to your shop requested a 45 mins remedial massage and served by a masseuse, I told her and her colleague sorry I want a deep tissue one and check if that is possible, got a promise with no problem but straight after we started I said sorry the pressure seems not enough could you please try harder and she did respond to my request, however I felt really uncomfortable so I ask could I please change someone else if possible but been told she was the only one can do remedial massage and she said she will try another side for me. After 5 minutes things didn't getting any better so I politely asked she to stop but she said let's keep trying, at least we need finish 30 minutes. I kept asking her to stop with objections for several times. Finally after I am insisted on stopping and came out of room she said ok you need to pay 20 mins. SO YOUR STAFF DIDN'T COME FORWARD AND WAIVE ANY FEES. It's me saying sorry I am not happy with the experience and I would like to speak to your manager about this and that's the time you wavied the fee and the masseuse in the picture stoped serveing her customer jumping in front of me showing no professionalism and respect. Btw, my partner came with me and he stopped his treatment after I finished but we still paid 30mins for his treatment even you said you will waive it. We are not people came for gaining petty advantage but for getting fair treatment and respect.
