I pick national storage, as I was assured my stuff would be safe, 3 months into having my stuff stored with national storage my unit was broken into and stuff stolen. I was paying extras as well for insurance, but could not claim as they wanted receipts and proof that item was in storage unit, so that was a waste of money. About 3 weeks after that happen, to add salt to the wound, they then upped the rent price on the storage unit, so I was paying even more for a not so secure unit?? Advise for any one looking to rent a storage unit, log everything that goes in and take photos.

What makes this storage place better? You can book online and do everything with a mouse click. Do not have to wait for quote's to come back and phone calls to other storage places. Its easy. Shop stocks all what you need to move, boxes, tape eyc

No refunds and not replying to emails or calls. I rented with these guys as a repeat customer and the third time renting with them. In previous years I had no issues but this time it appears all they care about is taking your money. I notified them that I will be leaving on the 1st of the month of which was when the entire months payment was taken from my account. I requested a refund as my unit would sit empty for this time and I did not need it. They would not refund at all, even for part month as apparently it’s outside their terms and conditions. It has cost me nearly $500 for the month of which I had no use for and as storage sheds are in short supply, their contempt for future customers is outstanding. In this market they could have easily re let as there are many people looking for units of which mine could have accommodated. They offered that I could finish early but I would not receive a refund and were happy to double dip on the unit by keeping my money and renting it out to someone else for the period I paid for. They are hard to get in contact with and will not return calls or emails if you are looking for a refund or to speak with someone and stall and stall. I would definitely not recommend and if you have an option to use an alternate business I would do so.

Great staff, great range of storage options, availability is tough, prices are high according to the high demand.. great boxes and other packaging products .

Some of the rudest customer service I have ever experienced.Went to open the slide doors from one side and it wouldnt open, so we tried the other side incase it had been locked into place.Shortly after we noticed a sign saying they would be open again shortly, which fair enough. To cover my slight embarrassment I turned to mum and had a little joke about needing to relearn how to read.Midlaugh the door gets opened and before we could apologise for not seeing the sign sooner we were greeted with a short and condescending don't do that to the doors again

Super happy with my experience at National Storage Caboolture South. Rented a large shed for almost 12 months and never had any problems, easy access and always clean. Staff were wonderful. Recommend them highly!

Will never use again. Units flood, stink of cat urine and very unprofessional. Bad area, crackhead always getting in. These people called me and accused me of dumping furniture and rubbish in the garden before they even checked the security cameras, to not even get an apology after they did check to see it was not me! Not very professional at all!

Though it seems small at the front, it spreads out beyond. The security seems to be quite good. I hired an enclosed trailer from here, the rates were reasonable, pick up and drop off easy. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Staff are arrogant, liars. Waste of money hiring a shoe box off these guys. Complete knob jockeys
