I went there today with my friend and our children, and even though the kids were pretty Rambunctious the lady working was so kind and accommodating! Her customer service was amazing! Will definitely be going back

Can't leave any place that has a dedicated Krispy Kreme store without stopping in at least once. Good variety of donuts available and we were able to get what we wanted. The staff greeted us with a smile. The wait wasn't too long considering we were getting coffee as well and they were pretty busy at the time we were there. Also, being a proper Krispy Kreme store and not just an outlet, if you're there at the right time of day, you can see the donuts being made. Definitely worth the pitstop if passing through Mt Gambier.

Service was lovely. Coffee was good. But the doughnuts were not made fresh that day. Maybe the low turnover compared to other Krispy Kreme stores.

Swift serving however wasn’t served with much friendliness. Went in to get my birthday doughnuts and not a smile not eye contact no asking if that’s all I would like no smile. Was quite dissapointed to be served without happiness. I understand holidays is a tough time but so can birthdays be for some people. Me included.

Went there and brandon was making our coffee's and it took 20 minutes for cold coffee's and they just taste like milk.
