Pedders Suspension & Brakes Maribyrnong

I haven’t actually had any work done here, however, when having a wheel alignment done elsewhere they were having a few issues and blamed it on my pedders suspension, I spoke to Roger at at pedders and he was more than happy to help, even though I’ve never been a custom of his and had work done in his store. Thanks Roger for helping me out I appreciate it.If I need anything done moving forward to do with suspension I’ll come strait today you, and will be suggesting others to also.Chris

$28 suspension test and NO REPORT PROVIDED and NO WHEEL ALIGNMENT check / drive - known issue before I took it in and it wasn’t even mentioned.When raised - “we can recheck for you” however the call pullls significantly to the left.. suspect it wasn’t carried out.Not returning.

Last Thursday 16th March, I had the pleasure of meeting Roger and his team at Maribyrnong.You see I had a warranty claim that started August last year..I had my front suspension replaced in my Volvo, with the Sachs equipment as recommended for Volvo, at the Heidelberg store.But since the first install I had pinging noise which was due to spring bind. Heidelberg store was extremely helpfully and swapped me out 3 times, mounts and all, but same result.Heidelberg store closed a few weeks ago and I was directed to the Maribyrnong store, by area manager Ben Chapman and set of new build Sachs equipment were again ordered and sent to Maribyrnong store.Roger and his team here were great welcoming and determined to resolve this. At first they were only going to replace the shocks and coils, but decided to also source new mounts, which they did on the day.And I'm pleased to say, it's been sorted.No more pinging sound and my car feels like a new ride.Roger also showed me and explained to me what he thought the issue was using the old parts.Thankyou to Ben Chapman, Roger and his team at Maribyrnong.Keep up the great service and the great customer service.

Organised suspension kit, brakes and front steering works, confirmed all works and model of my jeep then when I went to pick up they told me they could only instal $1800 shocks and couldn’t do any of the other works it was booked in for ?? ??? Really bad service, I would highly recommend going somewhere else!!!Huge inconvenience…….really didn’t seem like they knew much at all.

No Bull, not even any little bulls. Down to earth honest advice. Went in to enquire about a wheel alignment. They put the car on the hoist, checked it out and let me know what the best option was. I appreciated the time they took to fit me in. Highly recommend and belive they do their best to get you back on the road again.

Very impressed with Roger, manager of this Pedders branch. Professional & gave me a complete run down on what the work replacing the worn shockers on my early model Subaru WRX would entail. Excellent price & ready at promised time.

Towing a camper trailer with my Pajero Sport, highlighted some deficiencies with the suspension. I went and had a chat with Pedders Maribyrnong and they suggested fitting an air assist kit to the rear coil springs plus new front and rear shock absorbers.It's made a big difference to the handling and towing the camper.I was really happy with Pedders service and wouldn't hesitate recommending them for your suspension or brake needs.
