They forgot my nuggets and my coleslaw and four piece's of chicken was three a d half and when i complained they said that was the rules.Not good enough.Not happy Jan.

I am a cleaner by profession and I would have to say that this restaurant would have to be the WORST KFC I have EVER been to!!!!! The food was the wrong order,and absolutely terrible,chicken looked like something they pulled from the bin and re fried!!!Chips were cold,and as for the toilets,floors,chairs and EVERY single table(inside and out) was so disgusting it turned me off my food BEFORE I had even looked at my order...the reviews say it all..... EVERYONE needs to avoid KFC Young before someone dies of food poisoning!!!Never again...the owner of this restaurant needs to contact NSW Health and Safety and hire new staff who know what they are doing!!!!!Slack,very,very slack!!!!!!Shame on all of you!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. The premises are disgusting and filthy and not once have I ever seen anyone cleaning or wiping down tables after they have been used. Expect delays on chicken or even no chicken at all! The workers are young and lazy; they do a lot of standing around the back talking. There doesn't seem to be anybody in charge there either. Don't go there!!!

Very ordinary. Was advised many items were out of stock due to late delivery (hey, it happens) but received a burger consisting of a bun and dry chicken fillet without a mention of lettuce, bacon, cheese or mayo being out of stock.Contacted their Facebook messenger and they advised the store manager would be contacting me. 3 weeks on and nothing.Store is dirty, staff wearing Chicago Bulls caps and Tommy Hilfiger jackets, staff gathered out in the loading bay during peak hours. Managers don’t care and I assume owners don’t realise.

@bethanyrobertson10 who works at the store posted a video of them on TikTok them drinking jack Daniels in uniform. This is a bad look on the store and should be frowned upon. I doubt action will be taken because young kfc isn’t strick on punishment but it’s appalling behaviour.
