Car was repaired by them through GIO, it took 3 months!!! they didn't repair or replace damaged tyre, power steering system was damaged in car accident, just found after collect my car, they refused to inspect and repair it, very dodgy and they are very very very rude, avoid if you can.

Amazing experience with Sio and Jon, they were lovely, and provided constant communication with me about my car.The car was repaired perfectly and they gave me one day turn around to which they accomplished without a single hiccup. I’ve never known such a good job to be completed so timely, where the work was also thorough.Will be back for sure.

Medicar have been the ultimate professionals in the repair of my Mercedes GLC. Daniella has provided regular updates and arranged a taxi to and from. I would definitely recommend using the services of Medicar, I couldn’t be happier with both the repair and the complete experience in dealing with the business.

Would not recommend this auto repair business for several reasons, I put my car in for minor repairs and a paint job and although the paint job was great the repairs took over 1 month to complete and upon return came undone within a couple of days after only driving the vehicle a few timesI didn’t keep the before photos of the damage but this is after my car was returned.When I rang to ask why this happened I wasn’t given a straight answer and an excuse that it was just wear and tear which seemed unlikely as they should of found this damage and fixed when they had. Upon returning against my wishes through my insurance company to re fix I was told it would only take 15 minutes to fix but it took over 45 minutesFrom my experience would never returnThese photos are from after they fixed and only driven less than 3 times on highway roads only

Absolutely unprofessional repairer by AAMI i had my car Mercedes E200 repaired for minor scratches and mechanical vibration after the accident (not my fault ) it took a whole month to be repaired after that wasn't fixed claiming that it was wear and tear engine mounts which only appears after the accident , other issues started appearing as tire pressure sensor fault ( They have change the tire wheel as well ) , back lights not working and other issues started coming on the screen that's never been before , my car has been regularly service only by Mercedes authorized dealer and never had any issues before this repairer has opened its bonnet

I would not recommend this Panel Beater. I picked them because it was listed as preferred panel beater for GIO insurance. Took over a month to get my car fixed. When i picked up my car, there were dirty marks on the back of my car. When asked, i was told its Bird poo and cant be done anything. After insisting it has to be fixed by them as these marks were not there when handing over the car, they washed the car and got it fixed.Later after couple of days, the rear view mirror cap which was replaced by them fell off. when asked they say it was hit by some one and it's not their responsibility to get it fixed. The job wasn't done properly and the cap fell off.I don't recommend these guys to anyone.

Tried to go thru them as recommended by insurance …. First of all the address provided was misleading and got the correct address after calling them multiple times as no one was answering . Upon arrival - there was no parking spot . Then after assesment I was told to take my vehicle off site and wait for their phone call once they are ready . On asking the ETA was told it may take a week or a year they don’t know … no customer service at all - I won’t recommend anyone to go thru them as you will get nothing but stress !!There are better repairers around - give them a miss for your own peace of mind .

Fantastic service from start to finish. I've had my car panel and paint repaired and now mechanical works. Thanks for the good work and for actually caring. Cheers

All the workers are friendly and they fix the car quickly and with no issues-Dave is a good worker
