John and the area manager Brandon were nothing short of a dream! My husband Josh and I had the most pleasant afternoon getting our carpets quoted for our house build. They were genuine, straight to the point and so easy to deal with. Their professionalism and knowledge were incomparable and we are beyond happy with our selections. I would highly recommend them to all of my family and friends. They even recommended Mark for our blinds and he is just as amazing! Thank you guys for all of your advice and energy, you truly are beautiful people.

Absolutely amazing customer service, they helped me pick out a carpet that would be perfect my house and at an incredible price, Shaz took great care of me and completely understood what I was looking for. I'll definitely be recommending this store to all friends and family !

Great range and service. Purchased some woollen traditional rugs which are difficult to find now: 100 % NZ wool. Recommended!

Overall disappointing, simply said, I couldn't recommend carpet Call Frankston after my own personal experience. The salesmen in the shop I didn't have any problems with, they were helpful, however the installation and process post ordering was beyond poor in terms of customer service and care. I'm not one to leave negative reviews and I'm not going to go on and on, but if you value your house and/or have put some time, effort and money into fixing it up and would like it kept that way as I did, don't waste your money here. I have tried to resolve our issues directly with the store multiple times now and gotten nowhere. We have been advised that it's now in the hands of head office, which we have not heard from in the month after since having had our carpet installed. They will probably respond with some default reply to this review as I saw they have others, but I have tried to get a resolution already and nothing. Don't waste your time!

Excellent and friendly customer service. Shafi exceeded expectation, kept his word and dropped off carpet before scheduled day. I am a very happy customer. Thank you for recognising the urgency in me acquiring the carpet.

My wife tried to order a very large rug, she left 100% of $1329 cash for it and at no point was told that there was a No Refund policy before ordering.She was given a couple of other smaller samples to try but none of them suited and the order was cancelled the very next morning.At this point she was told that there are No Refunds, she called several times with no return call before having to revisit the store.After asking for the Manager to call her, an AGRESSIVE INTIMIDATING Manger called back and said there no refunds when do you want the order delivered! The order that takes a week from the warehouse... This company says 100% satisfaction guarantee... We have no money and currently no rug or resolve.

Fantastic service right from the first communication. My rep, Tom, gave me excellent advice and knew exactly what I was requesting. Each tradesman arrived promptly at the time they said they would and gave a very high level of service. Everyone involved in the laying of my new flooring was exceptionally courteous and professional. I am very, very happy with the service I have received and have already recommended Carpet Call to my friends and family.
