I struggled with body positivity and weight issues for years before I consulted Wellness Nutrition Solutions. Thanks to a doctors recommendation to consult an accredited dietician, I never imagined how I could enjoy the frequency and type of food I enjoy now whilst still maintaining a healthy BMI. I can now enjoy ‘take away’ and ‘convenience’ foods as part of a healthy food variety. The Dietician has spent the time and concern to tailor a vegan friendly management plan for me. The Dietician has encouraged a holistic ‘self management’ approach which, upon reflection, was the best management tool I could have been given. I consider Wellness Nutrition Solutions to be part of an ongoing health profile process akin to a regular dentist visit to help manage my dietary health.
