No concern for patients - poor man came in after waiting over an hour for his appointment, they had forgotten about him and Stephanie didn't even apologise. If you change your processes, its your duty to let patients know and apologise if you failed to do so. It is on you to communicate, not for the patients who come in irregularly to magically know what the new process is when you keep changing it. Also, showing kindness and compassion should be a given regardless.Personally, I came for a glucose test, they were running late so after fasting for 12hrs and coming in on time for my appointment, I still had to wait over an hour to do the initial blood test, before even starting the 2hrs process, where I also couldn't eat or drink or leave the premises. They could have started the process when I arrived since I will literally spend the whole time just waiting so they can see the other patients in the meantime. Their lack of concern and empathy is disappointing when they're in patient care.

That previous review about how the medical centre has a culture of ‘queue jumping from china’ to the favourable is bringing IGNORANCE to a new level! The receptions there are friendly and helpful, doctors are experienced and professional, and they’re not even Chinese. like seriously, you’re a handful. Good riddence if you don’t come back. Bye!!

Doctors are understanding, professional and available. There can be a lengthy wait at times, something that could be improved. Compared to other medical centers in the area, they excelled in wait times and overall experience.

In my humble opinion, this medical Centre offers an excellent medical experience for anyone who seeks the very best of medical practitioners.Dr E Chan is highly sort after, however, all the centres doctors are highly trained and very competent.Highly recommend this medical centre.Quick update: I received my Covid booster jab today 17/12/2021 with no fuss or waiting.Again, I highly recommend this medical establishment.

Worst Medical centre everThey must operate their QUEUE JUMPING" practice in China... not here in Regents Park...I went there twice and both times receptionist sends people to the doctors which arrived at medical centre after me only because they were Chinese

I wouldn't recommend the lady doctor who works there Dr Lee (I don't know her name). Went for check up for my baby but couldn't get any help. She was so rude if I asked any questions. Even for growth check up, she didn't check anything just length and weight which we did half of her work. She didn't bother to do properly.I had so many questions to ask about my baby but with her attitude I didn't want to ask anything. I was so upset.I am definitely visiting again with Dr Enoch who is very helpful and gives us good suggestions everytime we visit.
