Sianne listened to my styling needs and effortlessly performed a great cut. I also asked for product advice and that was helpful. I found the customer service lovely, hitting just the right note of a relaxing chat without questions about work or such. The late opening hours are an appreciated bonus and booking was easy. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HAIR SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, MY HAIR WAS RUINED BY KIDS WHO WERE NOT PROPERLY SUPERVISED ,CONSIDERING I PAID FOR A SENIOR STYLIST WHO COULD NOT BE BOTHERED TO FOLLOW THROUGH, SAID SHE WOULD COLOUR MATCH TO MY ROOTS AND DIDN'T BOTHER JUST GUESSED A COLOUR AND NOW THEY ARE NOW BRIGHT ORANGE , THIS IS AFTER SHE CORRECTED IT THE FIRST FEW TIMES, THEN ON TOP THAT THE TONER WAS BRIGHT PURPLE AND MY ENDS BLONDE SO I ENDED UP WITH THREE COLOURS. WAKEUP LADIES YOU WILL CONTINUE TO LOSE CUSTOMERS IF YOU BECOME BLASE WITH YOUR SERVICES. I AM NEVER COMING BACK AND AFTER CALLING TO COMPLAIN TO YOUR SALON NO ONE EVEN BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME.APPALLING! PERHAPS YOUR BOSS IN SUNNY QUEENSLAND WILL HAVE A FEW WORDS TO SAY TO YOU AFTER READING THIS!! NOW TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO CORRECT WHAT HAS BEEN DONE BY THE GIRLS AT BEHIND THE MIRROR!!!

What a lovely relaxing experience.I didn't know that a hair appointment could be so enjoyable.My hairdresser was running late, thankfully, because I was asked to wait in a lovely quiet waiting area away from the noise with soft, gentle music, given a beautiful cup of tea and chocky biscuit. I nearly fell asleep it was that relaxing. Forced relaxation... I was happy.Then was the incredible hair washing experience away from the rest of the salon to be able to enjoy it. The massage - unbelievable! and was even offered some essential oils to breath in with a little cushion sitting over my eyes allowing me to be completely indulged by this pampering. This is not normal for a haircut.. I LOVED IT!!!.My haircut was out of this world... I am so happy that I splurged and allowed myself to be pampered at the same time by this completely professional team of hairdressers.... Worth every penny. Looking forward to returning. Thanks so much (See I told you I was bad with names.. so sorry)

It's always hard to choose a hairdresser when on holidays. The staff were courteous and efficient. Loved the setup for shampooing - a recliner chair. Dee did a great cut. Ready for the next part of our holiday.

So happy I found this salon the staff are absolutely lovely and bee did the best job of my eyebrows and lash lift. Best eyebrows iv ever had done highly recommend.

We recently moved and I wanted to find a place closer to home to have my eyebrows done. As soon as I walked into the salon I was greeted with a big smile and then I got to meet Simone. She was so welcoming and actually listened to what I wanted. She did a brilliant job and and definitely has a new repeat customer..!!

Absolutely fantastic experience, love my colour by Ruby! Everyone was so friendly and informed me every step of the way. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time considering I’m heavily pregnant. Also such great value for money. Thanks so much guys x

HIGHLYYYY recommend ruby! Not only is she an amazing stylist that does the most perfect blonde foils ever, she maintains the integrity of my hair keeping it shiny and healthy!! The salon has a great vibe and everyone is friendly and chatty! I will continue to travel from the Mornington peninsula to visit behind the mirror
