As usual, all aspects of our visit with Charters Towers Vet Service were excellent. The kind veterinarian took his time to explain what was happening with our dog and how easy the remedy would be. We weren't surprised by any extra tests or costs of any kind. We will definitely continue to make this our first stop for our animal's medical care.

The Vets and Reception are always efficient. They gave me an option to drop my dog off....and as soon as a vet was available they would see him. They even had him ready to pick up an hour earlier. Always so attentive to the dog and I walk away feeling confident with the ongoing care I need to give my dog at home.Thank you so much.

The vets truly care about our animals. If there is no quick answer, they stay with it until they find one. They research. The vet nurses are lovely & greet us & treat us in a warm & friendly manner always. We love it there.

Very highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic.The staff are very kind, caring and efficient. My 3yr old Heeler had what turned out to be a very long seed in her ear and no local vet in the area I was currently in. As I had to pass through Charters Towers on my way returning to the Gulf I made a call and explained the situation they then happily booked us in and were very attentive to our needs, a few unsuccessful attempts at retrieving the seed, along with flushing the ear she had to be sedated to remove it.All up the whole visit was a short 1½hrs and it didn't break my bank. I will definately be using this clinic for any future requirements.

My elderly mother took her cat to the vet as she had had concerns for its health. The very nice and helpful vet went to great lengths to assure my mother she was doing everything good for kitty.A very gentle and caring vet.
