Vieb is the most user friendly web based application for the Community Services sector. It is fully customised to meet the individual needs of your business and the Vieb team are always friendly and proactive in their approach to ensuring it is utilised to its full advantage. Vieb allows there to be a seamless flow between departments from referrals, participant and staff onboarding, HR, Accounts, Scheduling and shift reports. Reporting functions are able to quickly collate data across a multitude of areas. The mobile app allows easy information sharing with field staff as well as a clock in and out function. Highly recommend!

Vieb has been an awesome tool to use from the back end as well as with the Staff on their phones. Really user friendly, it covers everything from clocking in and out, adding shift notes, incident reports, kms and reimbursements. It also helps with payroll and invoicing to make it easier for smaller businesses starting out in the disability sector. The team led by Trevor who is amazing and easy to talk to and sometimes funny especially for his tech guys, are always willing to help out and answer any questions i might have. I have every confidence in this app. Thank you Vieb and its team!!

Vieb is one of the best cloud based solutions within the Community Services sector. It's both user friendly and manages your Participant profiles, scheduling and human resource needs. The reporting options are also great with providing a good insight into statistics and Audit required information. I highly recommend Vieb.

Vieb has been a very useful mobile phone app. As an RN, it is a useful tool for management appointments, accessing work, health and safety documents, lodging incident reports and having a digital ID Badge to show people. Vieb is far more powerful as a program and can perform multiple tasks such as progress notes, document uploads, reporting, and is the go to for participant information, shifts and so much more. Impressive.

I was first Introduced to Vieb when I was a Support Worker. This has been a fantastic App on my mobile. It allowed me to View my Roster, read up on participant profiles, put all my shift notes in regards the participant I was working with. And logging on and off allowed my times to link directly to payroll.Today, I now work in the Office and also use this from a hard standing computer. It’s incredibly user friendly, to input information about either the participants or staff.Information that needs to delivered is received very quickly & efficiently to all staff. I’m very impressed & would recommend to anyone considering it.
