Lotus Watergardens

Very bad service, never back again.Because I need the water feature for my landscaping urgently so I come twice this 2 day. The female staff never say hello, only one male staff very nice and helpful(if can separate rating I give him 5 ✨)today I make a decision to buy one and go to ask the boss if it can do a bit better price, because the staff don't have power. but he servicing other customers, so I am very patient to wait for more than 20 mins. Looks he gives good service to other customers. But to me he even don't want to service me and just said “I ask someone to help you” “if other place cheaper just go there” I never see a boss are service worse like this.Not recommend this shop!

Had a wonderful experience in store last Friday, myself and my friend were after a gift for our other friends birthday. Place was well stocked, staff were knowledgeable and polite and went out of their way to accomodate and assist us. Special mention to the young girl at the counter who offered us a gift receipt (which doesn’t have the prices!) after hearing it was a gift. Perfect!

Very beautiful place. A lot of water lilies

This place is amazing, even if you're not a green thumb! Suitable for all ages and abilities, you can easily spend an hour here looking at all of the beautiful plants and stones. It's well worth a visit, especially if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the urban race. The cafe is also very good - great food and the coffee is nice.

Lotus Watergardens is another one of the amazing stores at Gardenworld. It has all types of fountains, waterfalls, ponds and associated filtration and pump accessories, water features including rocks bamboo pipes, water bowls, goldfish, pots and ornamental garden art and sculptures, as well as an impressive range of water plants, including water lilies. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We bought a simple yet elegant bird bath for our garden at around $50. Will come back one day soon.

We travelled from Geelong to Lotus Watergardens Bryce was very helpful and happy to ask any questions very informative and didn’t pressure us into something we didn’t want

Great advice, the staff were so helpful and really knew their stuff. The pond shop itself is pretty spectacular in itself. Highly recommend!
