The works/inspections/testing and reporting I have sighted that FES are currently undertaking currently do not meet the minimum reporting requirements of the Building Regulations 2018.As the owners are ultimately responsible - be very careful.

I'd recommend using another company for your fire maintenance. We use FES for our building fire maintenance services (monthly, annual etc.). We had 3 false alarms go off so far (2022 - $15k worth of fire brigade bills) and despite raising concerns we seem to have a faulty system/something amiss, the response has been, there is not much you can do" "it could be anything - wind

Dealt with FES over 19 years through real estate agent - they have a habit of duplicating services on invoices and charged double for a 'special' call out on a service invoiced for but not performed. Very expensive compared to other companies but we had no choice as real estate agent, who admitted FES had lots of complaints, didn't care.
