Worst customer service I have experienced in my life. Colouration on the product I purchased completely different to photo, looked faded/washed out. Customer service were rude and told me it was the photo I sent despite approving it when they sent me a preview and photos I sent comparing the image provided and the product. Would never recommend.

Great quality inserts that keep their shape. I didn't want to wait for postage so they offered click & collect. It's not on the website so make sure you ask. They are very nice people as well.
