The Staff at the Outlet went above and beyond for me, when I couldn’t get into the store to buy a gift voucher. They arranged an online version for me which is not normally done( maybe I shouldn’t of said that, now everyone will want one ) I really appreciate the extra effort they went to, to accommodate me. They have such a great range of lovely furnishings, my brother has practically furnished his unit from their storeCharlie

I contacted the Outlet to check on stock for a mirror and they got back to me out of hours and then organised the mirror, payment & delivery without any fuss. Outstanding service. Beautiful product

The salesperson we dealt with was extremely professional. Made us aware of all the pros & cons. It is fair to say in the world we live in today, a world where in many cases service no longer applies. With our experience that was the complete opposite. I highly recommend this store.

Great furniture brought 4 pieces of the cromwell set, which seems soild. Good service. However, I had booked a delivery date three weeks in advance to have the store call the day before saying it could not be delivered. I love the furniture though

If you’ve moved house and looking to furnish your home, freshen up the accents or buy a gift this shop has it all! Lounges, dining tables and chairs , vases, cushions, lamps and heaps more. Not to forget wall art and mirrors!! Give yourself browse time - you’ll need it! To be honest you don’t really need an excuse to visit this shop - I love it and I know you will too!

Yesterday we wanted to purchase a Large mirror for my daughter as a gift .We spoke to the young sales assistant would she be able to box it n if not could she at least bubble wrap the large item as it was going to be a 2hrs drive all she could say we don't keep the boxes they are delivered in (fire hazard) n they don't have room to keep bubble wrap n that customers are happy to transport items without at least a bit of packing .My wife spoke to the other sale lady thinking she might be part of management but was told same story. It would have been nice to have had good customer service that knowing we had a long way to travel with the mirror. Lost sale What more can I say?????

I could not be happier with the service I just received. After spending 5+ months waiting for a dining table from Freedom, (which i then cancelled) I found a beautiful piece online at The Outlet, I called up and spoke to Tess who was just lovely, she went above and beyond, sent me pictures via text of some matching coffee tables and was extremely helpful. After that i got sent a link and paid, the item will be delivered in 48 hours, I cant believe I spent so much time waiting for Freedom when I could've just come here! Thanks Tess.

Great communication and service. I used the online from to enquire about bar stools. They got back to me as soon as they opened letting me know the stools were out of stock but more were expected next week. I was very happy to receive a call today to say the chairs were in. Easy secure online payment and my stools will be ready to collect soon.
