My grandmother purchased a walker and unfortunately it didn’t suit her. I sent several emails for a month to see how to return it and I got no response. I ended up calling and they were no help at all and informed me that there are no returns, once purchased that’s it! There was no clear warning or anything said upon confirmation of purchase to state that this purchase is final, nothing. I had to search through their returns policy to find it. And no one searches this, you wouldn’t unless you wanted to return something or even exchange it. Neither were an option. Just a flat out “No, Sorry”. So there is $300 wasted, what robbery. Even on emailing and voicing my disappointment and frustrations, there was still no real help or offer of any solution and a very cold and poor apology on the phone…. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save your money to purchase from someone who does offer returns with far better customer service. If you do want to purchase from here, be sure to ask of their returns policy before you do and don’t expect a friendly welcome.

I have purchased the U shaped pillow, after using it only for few hours (the pillow itself is fantastic), the stitching ripped apart at the back and the filling is coming out. Called the company and was directed to send an email with a photo however nobody has responded. It has been over 14 days since the purchase. Would not order from them again.

The toilet chair itself is great but unfortunately the arms seem a bit fragile. Would be easy to bodge" up a broken one if required as it just snapped cleanly at what I suspect a join used in manufacturing. I must admit to being surprised anybody carried them as spares (probably speaks to their fragility) but Dear Jane were great

I bought my daughter the toilet surround that clamps onto the toilet with a strap at the back, works perfectly. In the past she has had ones that don't clamp and they tip when she puts her weight on them to stand up.

We have had a great experience with this Grab bar on the bath as it has made getting in and out to shower that much safer and easier. Would suggest this handle to anyone having difficulty with stability.

Bought the gel foot protectors as I have no padding on my feet anymore and I want to do lots of walking. I love the concept but my feet are very wide and these do not fully cover the width of my feet. Can I get them in a wider fit? Customer service was excellent as I received them in the post very quickly.

I can highly recommend this product and company. There was fast delivery. The back support comes in a zip up case so I can keep it clean between uses. Being a tall person the adjustable lumbar support is a fantastic feature as I was able to adjust it perfectly just for me. I use it twice a week and have lent it to a friend who has now purchased one as well.

I’m still using my leg Elevator as I have had a foot operation 7 weeks ago. I have been non weight bearing so using my Leg Elevator to sleep with. Love it, would recommend it to everybody. Thank you.
