They do great work, I can’t fault that but they’re significantly more expensive than any other dentist I’ve been to. I went for a clean and check up and have never paid out of pocket at any other dentist because I have health insurance, but here I still had to pay $150 on top of that. Even their toothbrushes are expensive. A $7 toothbrush isn’t going to break the bank or anything, but it’s weird when most dentists throw them in a bag with some toothpaste samples for free. They need to advertise their prices the same way a GP does. I’m glad I am able to afford to take care of my teeth, but for a lot of people (especially people without insurance) this would have been have been a really upsetting experience

The people & facilities here are really nice.Starting with Cindy at the front desk - efficient, friendly follow up. Then Dr Colin Sar is professional & caring; Megan the nurse is also terrific & attentive.You just sense that these are good people who try hard, co-operate with each other & are kind. All done with good humour.

Great experience of Invisalign with Dr Sue. She tailored the treatment to fit my needs. Highly recommend!

I saw Dr Colin for the first time recently for my general checkup. He was very thorough and addressed each of my concerns. The appointment was not rushed and I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out the treatment was no-gaps and I didn’t have to pay more after I used my insurance card. The receptionists were also very nice and helpful.I’ll definitely be going back- they even mentioned they’ll be getting a therapy dog soon!

Sue did an absolutely amazing job straightening my teeth with Invisalign. I have a complicated situation with sleep apnoea and sinus problems affecting my oral health, and Sue was so supportive and understanding. I also have a totally deserved fear of the dentist, and she helped to put my mind at ease during every appointment. My treatment was fast tracked to ensure I'd be even more fabulous than usual for my wedding, and the results have been amazing! Not to mention the receptionist Cindy, who has been a joy to chat with, I look forward to seeing her each time, and I wish I could take her home with me. Thank you Profilo!

I attended Profilo, Surry Hills on four occasions over the past two months. Dr Colin Sar was my dentist. Dr Colin is an exceptional professional. He demonstrates excellent communication skills with his parents remembering personal details which he uses to build rapport during repeat visits.He thoroughly explains procedures and actively listens and remembers concerns expressed by patients. He also involves them during the procedure making them feel valued and in safe hands. It was also clear that Dr Colin interacts with his staff in a supportive, patient and collaborative manner.I cannot recommend Dr Colin more highly and I look forward to my next dental appointment, if that is possible for a visit to your dentist!!!A big shout out too to medical receptionist, Sydney, for her flair, friendliness and ability to keep me in conversation!Thanks again to all.

I saw Dr Sue for my Invisalign treatment. The result is amazing and I am very happy with it. I should have done it much earlier! Dr Sue is a perfectionist. She is also very relatable and the receptionist staff is always very friendly. It was always easy to make appointments. The cost of the treatment was very reasonable and included fillings and whitening.

Had my wisdom teeth removed here, and felt comfortable and safe throughout the whole process. My dentist was Dr Colin Sar, who is exceptionally professional and kind. Risks and other details were communicated clearly, and post-surgery care instructions were explained in detail. Just really good vibes all around.Fortunately will never need to have wisdom teeth removed again, but if I did, I'd get them yanked here.
