Great experience to shop here. Very helpful staff and good range of appliances.

Everything from purchase to delivery was easy with Winning Kingston. We had so many delays but all the staff members we dealt with, especially Mina, were so understanding and so helpful in organising delivery. One of the best businesses I've ever dealt with and would gladly buy from them again.

The selection at Winning Appliances is extensive and the staff extremely knowledgeable. I had narrowed my washing machine and dryer selection to 3 brands and Was able to view these. We received fantastic service from Belinda. She meticulously went through the various appliance brands and their differences. Once I decided on Miele Belinda was able to go through the various models so that I could establish which one met our needs. Once we placed our order Belinda kept us in the loop and organised delivery and installation for us. Great service and I would not buy my appliances anywhere else.

Great service from Zach who managed my order and was able to offer other solutions to a tight laundry spot and was able to offer other ideas. The delivery team were efficient and installed without fuss.

Had the best experience with this company. A great price, quick delivery and free installation. Would recommend.

Utterly deplorable service! Ordered a washing machine and drier, and was told it would take 3 weeks to arrive. After 6 weeks I called to be told it would take another month. 2 months later it arrived in stock.Then I had to organise a delivery date.... they texted me on the day saying they would arrive between 11am to 1pm. At 11:30 I got a message saying they would arrive in half an hour. At 2pm I called asking what had happened, and it turns out they arrived at 10:30 am, and failed to advise of the change.They then organised delivery for two days later. Again they never arrived, claiming there was a date error.To top it off, they have refused allowing me to pick it up! Still don't have our products.If you order products, make sure they have them in stock, or expect to wait a number of months! When they claim they will deliver, call to make certain!

Absolutely awesome!I love this place, good displays and selection of items. I arrived at Winning close to closing time at 4:45pm on Saturday. Mandy Jackaman had a wealth of knowledge for the products!With her help I was able to buy a dishwasher and a vacuum cleaner in just 10 minutes. Also, she was able to organise a delivery of my vacuum cleaner on Monday and the dishwasher on Tuesday, amazing service!Thank you Mandy! You are such a valuable team member !

Very happy with my new Bosch Washer/Dryer combo. Easy to check products on their website. Small problem, I wasn’t contacted about delivery time. I had to call them but after my call I was kept informed by both the driver and Winnings. They installed the washer/dryer and made sure it was working before they left.

A fantastic experience all round. Clare provided helpful, prompt and friendly service, and Ali did an awesome job in the delivery. One item was damaged when we unpacked it - the replacement was handled fantastically and a new item provided the next day. Really happy with my experience and will definitely use Winning Appliances in the future.
