Rude customer service more interested looking at his phone. I went to another pool specialist and they were so hekpful.Ive only got a small above ground ATM but ill be putting in an underground one for next summer. I know I wont go to this place to get my pump, chemicals and servive.

Looking for a cheap cartridge filter, looked on gum tree and stumbled across John from Galleria Pool and Spa supplies and services. John was a amazing. He spent at least 30 minutes on the phone explaining how to fix my pool by flocking which I had never heard of, then next day checked out my pool to see how I had set it up as well as dropping of some pool supplies. Amazing help and service, thank you so much John.

I'm sure the service is as good as the reviews suggest but I couldn't even get into the shop. Having decided to try Galleria Pool and Spa Supplies I arrived at the shop at 10:10am today but found the door bolted and a sign saying that they would be back in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes nobody had arrived so I passed some time browsing the local shops. I returned 25 minutes later and the shop was still closed. I phoned the number on the sign but it was a recorded message. When the person finally got back to me I was almost home! What a waste of time. If the person was running late at least he should have taken his phone off message bank.

Would not go back here as the guy sitting at the desk was completely arrogant and unfriendly. If you having a bad day or don’t like Sundays then don’t go to work. Usually spend up to $100 per month but going elsewhere now.

Having a pool is not as simple as some think - there is a lot of science behind running it effectively and efficiently and in understanding how chemicals react with one another. The proprietor John is a master in understanding what happens with pools and why, and if listened to and instructions followed properly, any situation will be overcome and fully corrected. John and his lovely daughter Candice have been my suppliers of all pool supplies and expert advice since May 2008. The free water testing service is excellent and ensures optimum operations of the pool and best cost. Have a smile and good spirit and it will be returned many fold.

I've been going to Galleria Pool & Spa Supplies since 2012. The knowledge and help I've received from staff there has been brilliant. I've learnt so much about how to take care of a pool. Highly recommend! And for those that have given a bad review. None of us is perfect. We all have bad days. And sometimes customers can be demanding and rude...just saying!
