Michael and his team were very professional from day one. Had advised me instalment date for my gas log heater and gave me a time. On the day, they arrived on time and laid out drop sheets before beginning any work. I had a pre-built frame which they had advised me it will need a access panel for the gas isolation valve. As advised and shown by them, they explained to me by Australian gas standards/law there has to be an isolation valve near the gas appliance as required by law. I was very pleased with there professionalism and cleanliness. Highly recommended Michael and his team ☺️☺️☺️

Michael installed our gas fire place and we have had issues ever since.The fascia was scratched on installation which I had to point it out for him to fix. Plus the first time it rained our house was flooded as the flute leaked as it was not sealed properly. We got someone else to fix that mistake. Lastly when I advised him that the gas tap was installed in the wrong spot as he could clearly see it would be covered by a wall. His comment was that I should have told him. What the...isn't he the so called professional. He should ask. We had another gas fitter come to tell us that he should not have installed it there. He was clearly just doing the quick job. He has since offered to fix this mistake by charging me to move it. No thanks. I will use someone else.
