For my practical completion inspection APBI were very accomodating to do the inspection at a time to suit myself and the builder, very professional and did a thorough inspection, the report was emailed promptly and was easy to follow, I would definitely recommend this company.

APBI did a fantastic job conducting a building inspection for my recent property purchase. They managed to easily identify a couple of issues prior to purchase which the seller was able to rectify giving me complete peace of mind. Will be using again for future purchases!!They were professional, punctual and a pleasure to deal with.

Had an inspection done on a property...The report is misleading and poorly written. The issues that were found were insignificant but listed at the end as Major defect/Recommendations. The recommendations insisted on engaging plumbers and handymen to remedy things that were a $20 fix. These were fixed buy the vendor in good faith, however not required under the sales contract. The tension, stress and anxiety caused to all parties were ridiculous. As it was written this way, the instinct was to insist on money back, which was, in our eyes, due to the poorly worded report. Fix your reports because they cause undue pressure. A recommendation to make a minor repair is vastly different to a major defect which is a 'threat to life or serious injury'.

B & P report was thorough and I was able to make a booking with APBI easily.
