Australia Post - Chirnside Park LPO
Always very busy, waiting up to 40 mins to just collect a parcel or buy an envelope. Even with 15 customers in line, only 1 out of 3 staff members will serve (3 counters!). Staff are not very friendly either, one lady in particular is often rude about the simplest things.

I am an international student. For some reason my passport is not with me. When I went to pick up the package today, he asked me to show the documents that can prove my identity, I didn't have it, and then I asked the student ID, is it okay? They said no, they had to have a passport or something. I asked again if the bank statement could prove it? , he said no. But I saw someone went in with proof of bill and successfully got the package. i feel i have been discriminated against

There is always a long que. Last year I waited over 50 minutes for passport photos.Today I just wanted some stamps. After 15 minutes the que had barely moved, at that pace it may have taken over an hour to be served!So I drove to Wonga Park Post Office and had my stamps within a minute.

Unfriendly and rude staff without any sense of services. It was the first time when I was taught how to speak English by a staff in a service industry, which meant all the customers' fault not their!!! Possible reason could be this is a franchise store of Australia Post, or so called LPO.

I go to Australia Post Chirnside Park Shopping every week and I have no problems with the staff as they are always happy and curtious. I would recommend them to everyone.

Worst service. Waste time.I want to get an international envelop to write address first, then join the queue to post it. But, they insisted to asking me to queue to get the envelop. Why do you put the international envelop behind the counter? There are lot of customers in the shop at that time, it will be very frustrated to repeatedly line up. It is very easy and short time to grab an international envelop, you can do it just before the next customer walk to the front of counter. It is terrible about customer service.

My Favourite of all LPO's.Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgable.Much respect for them looking after my parcels, holding onto them for me and delivering them with care.I've seen and heard some issues with Aussie Post, This LPO is not one of them thankfully.

Very rude and unhelpful staff. The female manager yelled at myself and my 16yr old daughter as she didnt have her student i.d. card to collect her parcel. Horrible experience for us! Wont use this PO again!
