My Son got his first game from here with his own money that he happened to be saving in dollar coins in a 'money tree' coin saver. The lady who served him was so sweet and accommodating and kind to him. He loved the experience and was so proud with the transaction. Thanks to the staff for being a part of a special moment for him with such kindness.

Doesn't give a receipt for my purchase and when I ask, they said they can only print out receipt for recent purchase? Tf? Shouldn't the receipt print out by default? What if the product is faulty! A receipt if my proof of purchase! How will I return my product???But you know what I did get a receipt for ... a receipt for the 15 CENTS paper bag. Never coming here again. Ridiculous service.

Horrible service today! No help at all. Bought a Christmas present for my 7 year old son back in October wrapped it and placed it under the tree and then his father went and bought him the game so I went to return my game to exchange it for a different one so that my son would still receive something from his family for Christmas. Unfortunately I was met with bad attitude, rude responses and flat out disregard for my situation. Was offered a Trade In ONLY which is $4 and I paid $30 for this game! So I said no as is my right. I then asked for the number for head office and they replied with Head office will say No too

Highly disappointed with service and product from this store.$250 controller to break within 9 months of purchase. Followed by 2 different offers from the Penrith Store. 1) This controllers is known for issues, bring it in and we will exchange it, no problems 2) Time to exchange and I’m told it is no longer covered by any warranty and there is nothing that can be done.To say I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. I will purchase all XBox and PlayStation games and Controllers from other stores that offer the correct information the first time and friendly service!

Wanted refund on $90 game bought days ago. Worthless code worth max 10 dollars or less was used. Can't return. Perfect way to skip on returning something. It would've sold at 79 dollars preowned if I had traded it (all preowned games have no code). Therefore simple solution. Return game for a reduced price. Sell it like you would a pre owned game. Solved. Area Manager apparently rejected. Or even take the game for trade in value at reduced price instead of offering 40 dollars trade in. Insulting. Clearly desperately holding onto any money spent at store.
