Best price that I could find on my gates and fence panels in Gosford.Did previously give it 5 star but everytime I've rang for price or enquirie man on the other end on phone is always grumpy then hangs up on you without even so much as a goodbye.Terrible customer service.

We visited their Brookvale store, saw their ColourMax fencing which we liked and asked for a quote. Had to wait 3 weeks for someone to come and measure up - fair enough if they're that busy. Rob Quinn came, measured up and said he'd email through the quote.After another 3 weeks and no quote, so I phoned. Was told he'd had personal problems but I'd get the quote very soon.Waited another 2 weeks - still no quote. Phoned again and said if they don't want the job just tell me and I'll go elsewhere. No

Ive used Dunn & Farrugia many times. However i wanted to put in an order for some colour max fencing. All got was the old guy being rude trying to shut me down & with a cant do attitude. Ive seem this guy in person & hes exactly the same Rude & looks like he hates being there & that hes putting himself out doing his job. Note the younger fella was always nice & helpful & when ive called they Brookvale store they have been helpful also. Just this bad seed in the bunch has made me go elsewhere.Lloyd
