The girls Steph, Kloe and Jess repaired my hair and left me feeling great! I came in with very poorly coloured hair from a previous salon and Steph applied a root stretch and a base colour over my hair which completely transformed it…it made a huge difference! The girls are all so friendly, welcoming and lovely! Would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone for all hair services. 10/10 from me, couldn’t fault my experience at all!

Trim and shaping with layers. They did a wonderful job and even managed to give me a last minute blow dry. Very happy with the service, everyone was very nice.

I got my hair done here about 2-3 months ago, and I hoped for a light blonde-silver balayage. I understood she couldn’t accomplish this due to the bottom half of my hair being frail and dry. Thus, when she offered to bleach my roots to match the bottom half of my hair colour, i hoped for it to be more similar or lighter as the roots of my hair are very healthy. However, the results came out extremely yellow, brassy and very ‘stripey’. My hairdresser was pretty nice but however I do regret paying $250 (not including the deposit).

I called to book an appointment and they asked for my full card details including expiry date and ccv number which is not only breeching customer privacy but also exposing people to fraud and scams.i expressed my concerns about it as huge company like optus and medibank have been exposed last year and offered to visit studio and pay in advance but nope they refused to book me in if I don't give my card detail. I find this extremely disturbing as I understand that they might have lots of cancellations but on the other hand they re not thinking about customers privacy and convenience. Spoke to the director who assured me that all salons since covd they require card information upon booking but I did call other salons in the area and None of them asked for my card details.

I had a consultation with Steph today,I left feeling like all my questions were answered and I was so informed with all Steph’s knowledge.I can’t wait to start my journey:) would hight recommend.

First visit to the salon. Very welcoming staff. Pleasant relaxing atmosphere. Jess cut my hair very happy with the end result.

Jess has been doing my hair for nearly a year and every time I leave the salon I’m thrilled with my result. Just recently I decided to change up my style after years of having the same style and Jess understood exactly what I wanted and consulted me through the process. The end result was exactly what I wanted. Not only is Jess fantastic but the salon is lovely and everyone there is friendly and makes you feel at home.
