Incredible boxing gym, clean and well equipped. James and Hailey were both so helpful and we really enjoyed our session. They definitely cater to all levels, so check it out if you’re intrigued!

Wow..what a facility. First class. There is nothing like it. A one stop fitness centre, a boxing facility, recovery centre, gym, physio.Group classes are fun but challenging. You also have the option to use the facility in your own time to practice your boxing skill or increase your cardio.They also offer personal training session with first class trainer who are highly experience.You definitely won’t be disappointed.Staff are friendly and extremely helpful.
