I go there every week to have my water tested. Very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend them if your looking for a pool or spa.

Not the place to go to. My wife just spent $90.00 there on chlorine but realised when she got home that she needed a drum spanner to get the lid off. A tool few people have so such a business might find it helpful to offer opening the lid before the customer leaves or even offer to sell the tool to the customer. So of course I rang to advise them of our recent $90.00 purchase and to request them to open the product for us. Despite two staff being on deck that day, I was advised by then that neither staff member was able to open the chlorine container for us. I was told instead that their branch in Albury might be able to open it for u but I was not able to raise them. So in the end I enquired of their opposition, Pool Werx in Albury if they would take the cap off for us even though we didn't buy the product off them. The very courteous gentleman there had it off in less than 5 seconds for me and didn't charge. I am sorry to say this business we bought off in Wodonga needs work on a bit of effort and customer loyalty

Great staff very knowledgeable and friendly

Have only used this company for pool servicing- would not recommend. We have had poolside Wodonga service our pool for a number of years. We requested the pool light be fixed for over 2yrs but it was never done. We had a major filter issue- the service department was not helpful in assisting us and unfortunately were rather rude in their treatment of a long term client. We have since change pool company and are very happy.

Good quality spas. New model we have is very economical.
