I went here based on the good reviews however was extremely disappointed by the outcome.I went in to get my hair coloured, they did a mix of foils ( a colour and a bleach), I didn’t understand what the hairdresser meant when she said she was going to do this but I trusted her with my hair. The result was bleached streaks at the top of my hair that was bright, almost orange, and the colour that she says she also used didn’t end up showing on my hair at all, so I had thick orange Streaks at the top of my head and black hair underneath- what an awful contrast!. She tried to fix it by putting on more foils, and this did nothing. Then Anna her sister tried to correct it by brushing on a tint to the roots to tone down the bleach- it looked slight better but was still streaky and looked just like bleached hair with no colour ! I left dissatisfied with the whole experience and when I got home and saw my hair in my usual environment I was not happy at all!They did offer to fix it and when I declined as I wanted to go elsewhere they did give me a refund for the colour.The cut was not good either, the layers were very choppy and not blended in.They did ask me to pay for the cut and wash and blow wave- mind you I never asked for the blow wave, I was told my hair would be blow waved, and was not given another option.More suited to older demographic, as not up to standards with current colouring methods and knowledge. Wish I had never gone here.

Desi does the best blow wave on my long hair, with the brushes! Desi & Anna are so lovely, been going there for years.My mother is very happy with her short haircut.
