So, I know covid has really hurt small businesses. This afternoon I attempted to get a battery replaced for my Mum's watch. It was around 4.50pm. I stood there while the owner or employee covered a display. When I asked did he have time to replace a battery he laughed rudely in my face and said When I put these 2 chairs up I am going". Extremely rude and unprofessional. Website has it open until 5.30 most days and 8pm on Thursdays. Looks like covid restrictions haven't affected his finances."

Wasn't expecting to be able to get a Jeep transponder key cut here, but thought I'd go in and ask the question. 15 minutes later I had a key cut and programmed, for one third of the price that the car dealership was going to charge me. Amazing, good old fashioned service that seems to be disappearing these days. Cant recommend this place enough.

GREAT Service & Boot Repair ... dropped in a pair of Sidi Motorcycle boots (the soles had become brittle & cracked over time) Picked them up after having them resoled, VERY HAPPY with the workmanship & repair time, they look new! (they polished them too without me asking ... BONUS) I would recommend Mister Minit Lismore & Ballina for sure ! (when they rang to tell me they were repaired they asked me which store would be more convenient BONUS again !) A+

I have always had my watch battery and band replaced at Minster Minit. They have always been very efficient, quick and helpful with whichever I thing I need fixing. I would recommend this business and I will continue to go back to them again.

I was able to get my fiance's engagement ring engraved and am really impressed with their work and service. I dropped the ring off and was able to pick it up 45 minutes later, no appointment needed. Thanks for being prompt and professional!

I replaced my remote key on late 2019. Within a month it was hard to push the button and lock the van. Recently it stopped working completely. I took it back this week and politely reported the problem. I was told that it was impossible for the key to imperfect and that it must have been my fault. I found this rude and patronising. After arguing the point he then begrudgingly investigated. After about 10 seconds he had fixed it but felt he needed to told me again it must have been my fault, that I should have come in sooner and that I lacked common sense. When I asked him why he felt he needed to treat his customers like this he suggested that I had been hostile towards him. Stay away, not worth the effort with this guy!

Bought a new key housing and the back popped off on my way back to the car. Trying to put it back together it snapped.After explaining that I felt it didn’t seem to be fitted properly I was told that there was nothing he could do. Surely a new key housing should last more than 15min?!?!?!Aftercare is very poor!!
