I was advised to bring the car to the shop at 8:00am however, they did not open until 8:20am.Cost to check and regas the air conditioning in my car also seemed a little excessive. He was initially going to charge me $250 but reduced the cost by $60 when I called back to cancel the job. When comparing costs with other vendors, Cool Air is significantly more expensive.Not the best customer experience.

Very unprofessional. Does work you didn't ask them to do and charges inflated prices. Regas is near $100 more than anywhere else and doesn't call back with quotes on work to be done. Beware

These guys were amazing. They explained everything and they were thorough. They did an amazing job. They were very friendly and fast. Definitely recommend these guys if your getting your Aircon fixed or serviced!! 10/10

A survey done some years ago provided insight into which professions were trustworthy and those that are not. The professions that topped the untrustworthy chart were car salesman and car mechanics. And after dealing with this company, I agree absolutely!! Never phoned to advise a part was far more expensive than originally stated and fitted it anyway, lumbering me with an over inflated invoice. Trust this company at your own peral!! Specifically ask them to phone you if the price of a part is more than what they initially stated!! Better yet, go elsewhere!!

Customer service is atrocious and non existent!! They were going to be hours so I planned to do a lot of shopping as I live remote. They refused to pick me up from the shops with all my shopping. Told me to leave my purchases at the shops and pick it all up later. It would have taken them ten minutes at the very very most to pick me up. I was going to walk to the shops so only needed pick up. I’m 64! I walked out! Disgusting business!

The admin lady was very friendly and understanding. They sourced a car part for us that was hard to find and we were pleased with the work result. I would go here again with A/C problems.
