Dodgy! No communication after my order was placed. I called to confirm it was ok to pick up my bar fridge. On the Saturday I called to confirm the address and was informed my bar fridge was damaged and was not available till the following Monday. I confirmed I’d pick it up on the following Wednesday. Then got an email that the stock will arrive later in the month and offered a refund.I doubt pretty much everything I was told from start to finish. I’d say they never had the fridge in the first place.

Try to use their website which was hard to navigate... The chat function said immediate response.... there was no response... called the hotline" number detailed on the webpage... no answer... just a message bank ... not sure how they sell any products

David was so helpful when I was looking for a vacuum - he answered questions within minutes online, which is probably the fastest online customer service I've ever received ahah. I also had unexpected issues getting to the store to pick up my order, and David was able to accommodate this for me to ensure I could still get the order on the same day. Vacuum (electrolux c9) was listed as having packaging damage - it had a small tear in the box, but the actual vacuum was in perfect condition. Exceptional customer service, and prices definitely can't be bet.

David and driver were so great to deal with i ordered at 8.30pm on Saturday evening had delivered by 12.30pm Sunday. Exceptional customer service rare to come by these days.Thank you so much very appreciative and will recommend you to anyone. Bought an Electrolux oven online, when I went to pick it up they didn’t have it, apparently they “gave it to someone else”. We requested our money back as they don’t have the oven we bought (want). They processed the return of the money after several follow ups from us. Now they return us less money than we have paid!! We have requested the full reimbursement and they don’t respond.Never buy here!!!
