This place used to be good. But the past few months the standards have drastically dropped.They rush through the job, working very rough and sloppy.The finished product is usually uneven and nails will begin to lift after a week.They take you in and say they have time. But then leave you sitting there for up to 30 minutes while they finish up their current client.Prices have increased, which I do understand given inflation. But you can’t have higher prices for worse results.

Very recommended for everyone. Friendly staff, they always help me with color and design. Moreover, they always focus in details so you will get what you paid.

I went to this salon five times for Shellac. Although the ladies working there are lovely, they do not follow proper hygiene practices. They do not sanitise and disinfect their tools in-between clients. Unfortunately, I have developed a nasty fungi infection on all ten nails from this salon. Three of my nails have lifted off the nail bed, and all my fingers are extremely painful and look terrible! This has really affected my day-to-day activities, and my doctor tells me that this will take six months to get better. I am not the type to write reviews and complain; however, this has impacted my life so much that it is just not acceptable that the proper hygiene protocols are not followed, and I don't want this to happen to anyone else. I really hope that this salon chooses to focus on hygiene and the well-being of their customers and takes the time required to disinfect their tools over just accepting volumes of customers and sticking to bad practices.

Katie and the team did such an amazing job!! I got SNS, pedicure and eyebrow waxing. Katie did colourful nails for me on request and they look so good! So happy. I always have a good experience here and they do a high quality job. Highly recommend!

Maria did a gorgeous job on my shellac Mani/Pedi which is holding up really well to wear. It was my first time at this store but I will definitely be back. Everything was clean and there was a huge range of shellac colours

Just okay, lots of room for improvement.Got a deal from groupon for manicure and pedicure worth 29 dollars, full price is 45.Pros:1. Massage chair - you get to control its functions2. Polite staff3. Easy use of groupon - they scan the voucher then all good, no hard selling of any other products.4. Location is nice, near tram stops and restaurantsCons:1. Employees keep chatting with loud voices.2. Made a reservation but they did not write it down. Staff said she forgot about it, had to wait for 15 mins3. Got a small wound from manicure4. Tools not sterilizedOverall, just okay but I will not come back if ill be paying the full price.

Acrylic nailsI just walked in without an appointment and the girls were able to accommodate me. I didn’t know much about acrylic nails and wasn’t sure what I wanted - they were very helpful and patient helped me come up with the right design for meKatie did my nails better than I could have imagined and I am in love with them!! So much attention to detail and she was so gentle. Best!!

I am really glad that I found Tips & Toes!!! The girls there are great! Nails always looking pretty with a big variety of colours. Alice is the best!! :)

Had my nails done here with a friend 19th March. Her nails came off within a week and she had to go back, they said they can’t give her SNS but did shellac. By the 10th day of my sns set the thumb nail broke off at the top. By the 15th day 3 of my nails had began pulling up my actual nail bed, extremely painful, inflamed and broken skin around the nails. I went to have them removed, it was extremely painful, they cut into some of my actual nail, did not shape or fix my nails and charged me $10 for nails I’d had a little over two weeks. Unable to get them redone (obviously wouldn’t go here) because the nails are so damaged.

They did the bare minimum and ended it as soon as it started. As someone who’s frequent with her pedicures, the normal procedure includes a bit of massage and moisturising products. This was absolutely nothing, made me dip my feet trim my nails and bye
