whatever you order it's guaranteed to be almost half of what you should receive, don't bother because they don't know what a tonne means in cubic metres. spread the word you're getting ripped off.

I can’t believe I haven’t given a review for wood for burning as I’ve now been a customer for roughly 9 years !! It just dawned on me today when I turned up and realised they had stayed open waiting for me to pick up some wood . These guys go above and beyond to keep their locals warm . No driveway is to hard no spot to difficult to drop off the wood and when you’ve run out and you’re desperate, they are there or there on their way to you . Every single time they have accommodated me - yes that’s every single time … They greet you rain ,hail or shine with that old school customer service that just doesn’t exist much anywhere these days . The mixed wood is awesome. It burns so well but for me it’s the guys that run this small family business that make it so so good . I say please support this local business and in return you will feel a part of a community .when you leave It’s a bit like stepping back in time when locals all knew each other and had each other’s backs it’s a good feeling and even better tonight as my wood heater is on high and I’m looked after . Always good quality wood.

Bought wood from there recently. Very unhappy as most of it wasn't dry and it was mixed. As we run a business relying on good quality wood it was very disappointing. Very expensive for what you get and they seem to only trade in cash. When I approached them about the poor quality of the wood I was told they know about it being wet, and they were very dismissive with no offer of a refund or other remedy. Very poor customer service and l ultimately feel very ripped off.

First time using these guys. Got 1 tone mix with red and sugar gum . Best wood I have got for a while . Hardly any bark on the bottom.Will definitely get again thanks guys

Wood seems decent but be warned they are almost always intoxicated by mid afternoon. Operating machinery is a big no while drinking. When I go in I insist on grabbing the bags myself and steer clear of grab fork. If you ask them they will tell you they are on their first can
