Its not every day that you get a pool built so you want to ensure that you get it done right with someone that you can trust. Phil made us aware of any possible costs that may arise at the start with the quotation which was helpful. Any additional costs that we had - were from us requesting for upgrades or additional equipment. From start to finish, my wife and I have been very impressed with Concept Pools Australia and would highly recommend them to anyone considering getting a pool. Concept pool has completed the construction of my swimming pool.Service was good but wasn't happy with the price as initially the quote was aprx 40k but ended up paying double due to finding that they weren't aware.Upfront fixed cost would be preferable.It was a quality job though.I will recommended to them to friends who will be able to bear any additional costs that may arise during construction process.

Great experience. Found all the staff extremely helpful and patient. My build was actually making an old, larger pool, smaller. It took a bit more time because I tried to do bits of it myself. They were there for me every time I needed advice.

We had Concept Pools design and build our pool in a very small area. The advice, workmanship and communication throughout the job was first class. The service continued after construction as the guys showed us how to use all our equipment (pump for fountain, filter, heater, lights, etc.). What a fantastic team! great quality workmanship and attention to detail. Our first consult was with Phil who took the time to step us through the build process and provided honest advice on what would be best value for us. Dean was then appointed as our project manager and was an absolute pleasure to work with, making sure we were well informed every step of the way and always ensuring we were happy with progress and timing. Also a big Thankyou to the office staff, Louise and Tenille who fielded all our requests and questions through the build, and also to the guys that did much of the labour work, Steve and Kevin. We are very happy with the end result and couldn’t have asked for a better service.
