We've been using Outsource workers now for about 3 years and all we can say was we should have started years before. Our first virtual assistant was Carol and recently we just changed to Laila , with Carol leaving to get married. The transition between both was seamless and you wouldn't have known there were any changes. Both ladies are exceptional in keeping up to date with work, quick learners and if any questions not afraid to ask. They can handle many different tasks relating to Property Management and Sales. It's less stress in saving us having to advertising for staff and go through endless interviews, pay exuberant wages to have someone start and high percentage of the time they don't work out. Outsource workers we can recommend as the way to ease work load on both staff and management.

I have used the system for three years. I've kept the same VA the whole time. She was trained by local staff and if ever I had any issues these would be addressed immediately.I love working with my VA. She is very reliable, diligent and also very creative. While the first VA didn't start as planned, Outsource workers arranged another VA quickly. The new VA has now been on board for a couple of weeks and I have to say I am super impressed with the attitude and the multitude of tasks she is tackling.
