Magna Wreck

Normally straightforward, easy and have been awesome until recently (recent 5 star review). Plenty of vehicles sitting there with the part I needed, reluctant for myself or anybody to remove that part for a quick sale. I receive the response 'nah don't sell it' after I was asked if I called up beforehand?.....Maybe if I called beforehand, the part would have been available? Unfortunately I'm reluctant to do any more business.

Got the Magna boot lid torsion bar/spring I needed. Pity they weren't at all interested in fitting it (I would have paid extra), but never mind - got my mechanic to assist in this regard.

i have completed a lot of reviews this place was organised and i received fast service looking for a door handle re Hyundai unfortunately he couldnt help me but gave me all the infor needed for me to purchase the part for that alone saved me a lot of coin cheers guys ill buy e back

Have used on 3 occasions. Service both over the phone and upon arrival was professional and on the money. Definitely my first choice.

Nice experience. Got a new window switch box and fuse for cheap there, and solved the problem of my car. What impressed me most is that Lindsey even helped me to install the part and make sure it all works. Saved the day.

I appreciate Majid who is master in his job as a mechanic. My car already has been serviced and no one found the source of noise. In an hour Majid found the source of noise and replaced the damaged part.

As you can gather by the post I haven't one of my car's is a magnet.Finding parts for that very hard and some areas other than going to people's places in knocking on the doors of an old BOM sitting in the driveway.I'm putting you don't know what you got to come up with against when you walk into somebody's door.So going to the wreckers I find is a lot more appropriate yes you pay a bit more but still you don't have the hassles of people their customer service is very light if they haven't got the part they'll track it down and get get it up for you from interstate.Some of the parts like for example Sako tractor manifold Mitsubishi wanted an arm and a leg for it where is Magna wreckers only a foot lol.So if you got a Magna ideal place to go check it out.

Brought a part off them for $165.00. It turned out that I didn't require that part so went to return it and they only gave me $50 back

Extremely rude customer service over the phone. Just upon making enquiry for parts today 1st October. Told me never to call their number again.
